By creating an Eyam account using the standard registration form, Google, or another registration method we make available, you acknowledge that you have read and accept this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions. We process the registration information needed to create, secure, and operate your Eyam account.
Google Sign-In Data
If you register or sign in with Google, Google provides Eyam with a signed identity credential. After validating that credential, we may receive and use your verified email address, first name, surname, and Google account identifier to authenticate you, create your Eyam account, or match you to an existing Eyam account with the same verified email address.
- We do not receive or store your Google password.
- The Google identity credential is used to authenticate the request and is not stored as your Eyam password.
- Choosing Google sign-in does not give Eyam access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, your contacts, or other Google services.
- Google's handling of your information is governed by Google's own privacy policy and terms.
TikTok Data We Access
Where you connect your TikTok account to Eyam, we may request access to the following TikTok scopes:
- user.info.profile: Read access to profile_web_link, profile_deep_link, bio_description, and is_verified.
- user.info.stats: Read access to follower count, following count, likes count, and video count.
- video.list: Read access to your public TikTok video list.
How We Use This Data
- To power campaign analytics and performance statistics.
- To fetch your latest public TikTok videos.
- Where you connect Facebook, to access your profile details and public post/video information.
- To track daily performance metrics (views, likes, and comments) for selected posts/videos that you choose to track.
- To improve reporting quality for creators and businesses using Eyam.
Facebook Data We Access
Where you connect your Facebook account to Eyam, we may access your profile details and details of your posts/videos, including performance values such as views, likes, and comments.
Confidentiality and Security
- We keep your data confidential.
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
- Data is secured using appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.
- Data in transit and at rest is protected using encryption and secure storage practices.
Data Sharing
We may share limited data with trusted service providers only where necessary to operate the platform, process payouts, provide analytics, and comply with legal obligations. These providers are required to protect your information.
Your Choices
You control which videos are selected for tracking. You may also disconnect your TikTok account at any time, subject to platform and legal retention requirements.
