A free offer and ongoing listing access are different
Check eligibility first
The free-listing offer is for eligible accounts that have not already redeemed it and do not currently have an active subscription. Availability is checked during setup.
Check the expiry
The free offer has an expiry; it is not permanent free listing access. Review its duration when claiming it and check your subscription status before it ends.
Keep your subscription active
Discover search results require an active listing subscription. If access expires, renew with an available option to restore directory visibility and the contact features of that plan.
Understand payment, renewal and feature changes
Paid listing access
A successful paid listing subscription purchase adds one month of access. If you still have active time, the purchase extends that expiry. Choose the available option in setup and check the payment amount before completing PayGate payment.
Renewing or choosing another option
Review your current expiry and available subscription options before paying again. A different option can change the gallery and published contact features. Check your public profile after a change so that customers still have an appropriate next step.
Payment questions and cancellation requests
Read the Terms & Conditions before purchase. For a payment issue, renewal question or cancellation request, contact info@eyam.finance with the relevant business and transaction reference. Never send your card details. Confirm any applicable refund or cancellation terms with support before purchasing.

Direct enquiries
Choose an option that includes the email, phone or WhatsApp channel you actually use. A contact click is an invitation to talk, not a confirmed sale.

Listing cost questions
Do I need a card for the free-listing offer?
No card is required to claim the free offer, subject to eligibility and availability. Review its duration and expiry during setup. Paid listing options follow a separate payment flow.
Is this the price of my own website or domain?
No. These options cover an Eyam-hosted business profile. They do not buy a separate domain, custom website or a creator marketing campaign.
What happens when my listing access expires?
Discover search results require an active subscription. Public contact and social links also depend on active plan permissions. Check your expiry and renew using an available option to maintain visibility and the features you need.
Does paying for a listing guarantee enquiries?
No. A plan provides the listing features shown; it does not guarantee Google rankings, customers or sales. Use clear business information and keep it current.
Where should I check the final amount?
Review the current plan in listing setup and the payment details before you pay. If a price or billing detail is unclear, ask support to confirm it before completing the purchase.
