For South African business owners

Give your business a place to be discovered

List your business online with Eyam Discover. Bring your services, photos and business details together on a hosted profile, so customers have a clear place to learn about your work and take the next step.

A hosted profile. Your business details. One link to share.

More than a name in a directory

Help customers understand your business

Whether you run a salon, cater for events or offer a local service, a useful profile answers the questions people ask before contacting you.

Explain your services

Describe what you offer, who it suits and the areas you cover. Give customers the information they need to decide whether to enquire.

Show your work

Add a business image and use the gallery available on your plan to show real examples, your products or your workspace.

Make the next step clear

Publish the contact options included in your plan. Where services accept booking requests, customers can request a time for your business to confirm.

Eligible accounts can claim the free-listing offer without a card. Check eligibility and the offer duration during setup. Contact options, social links and gallery limits depend on your plan. Compare listing options.

From details to discovery

How to create your business listing

  1. Create an account and choose your option

Sign in or register, compare the available listing plans and check whether your account can claim the free offer.

  2. Introduce your business

Add your business name, industry, description and service area. Mark remote services only if that describes how you work.

  3. Add your image and contact options

Use photos you have permission to share. Add the gallery items, social links and contact details available on your plan.

  4. Review, complete and share

Check your details, complete the listing flow and any required payment, then open your public profile and share its link.

What to prepare before you start

  • The business name your customers recognise and your main industry
  • Specific services or products, with a clear description of what is included
  • Your town, suburb or service area, using details you are comfortable making public
  • A main business image and gallery photos you have permission to use
  • Current business contact details for the channels included in your plan
  • A short next step: request a quote, discuss an order or request an appointment

Use one clear business profile alongside your existing social pages or website. You do not need to buy a separate domain or arrange hosting for your Eyam profile. If you need a full online shop or a custom workflow, compare a business profile with other website options.

Before you list your business

Can I list my business for free?

Eligible accounts can claim the free-listing offer without providing a card. It is an offer with an expiry, rather than a promise of permanent free access. Check availability, duration and included features during setup, and compare paid options on the listing plans page.

Do I need an existing website?

No. Eyam hosts your business profile and gives you a link you can share. If you already have a website, you can use both; publishing a website link depends on your plan.

Can I update my information later?

You can manage your listing as your services, photos and business details change. Keep the public profile accurate and check the features available on your current subscription.

Does a listing include a marketing campaign?

Business listings and creator campaigns are separate ways to use Eyam. A listing presents your business in Discover. A campaign invites promoters to create content for a marketing brief; it has its own setup and terms.

Will customers be able to book instantly?

For services that accept booking requests, the business needs to confirm the request. A requested time is not a confirmed appointment. Agree the service, availability and payment arrangements directly with the business.

Will a listing guarantee Google rankings or customers?

No. A useful profile gives customers a place to learn about your business. Visibility and enquiries depend on factors including customer demand, the information you publish and how you share and maintain the profile.
